Your rank is not that good that it seems that it would be difficult for you to get admission in any good college. But if you really want to pursue the course, you go to some private colleges where you may get the admission. But chances are very less but you can go for the counselling if you are qualified through the exam and you can also apply for the NRI sponsered quota if it is applicable in any of the colleges. So you need to work hard for this. good luck.
