You can't get admission in government colleges as government colleges merit is very high. To get into government college your score should be minimum 600 for mbbs and bds. As per for bams, bhms and other ayush courses it should be +350.

You can go for management quota colleges but the fees are too much. Instead of that study hard and try next year.
