No you can't get NITs at this score and percentage.......but you can try for private colleges based your rank in states of orissa,mp,up,wb,rajasthan.......try for CV RAMAN,GALGOTIAS,GIET.....check out their respective websites.

It will guide you to predict the best college by based on your caste, rank etc.., If you're not make yoi move to NIT you can have so many options with this like you can go and opt some private universities, which you're eligible and they are Galgotias etc..,

As per new guidelines, you need to have Atleast 75% in 10+2 general and 65% for sc/St. Don't fear about IIT's NIT's because now private universities are also in the same ranking. if you're not qualified to get in NIT/iit then with the jee rank, you can go and opt some private universities under management quota. for more details refer their websites.
