Sir, I got 152123(obc) rank in jee main .I can get NIT or IIT collage.

With your mentioned rank it is almost impossible to get IITs for sure. If you are talking about NITs then even for that you may have to wait till the end. If seats remain vacant the only you may get a chance in spot round.
