Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may get admission into some of the IITs but may not get your desired branch i.e, civil engineering. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and you.can also apply for other branches like metallurgy and materials engineering, food processing, bio technology engineering, etc.
