Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a rank within 1,00,000 or 1,20,000 to get into a government medical college anywhere via all India quota for your category.
Even if you apply via state quota this rank would not be able to get you into a government medical college in Karnataka.
You should apply for the management quota seats or try directly for private colleges.
