According to last year stats, In Maharashtra BAMS Cut off for Open category approximately 300 for male and 280 for female and for OBC it was 250 for male and 220 for female. You Must Score approximately 400 and more for Admission in R.A.Potdar BAMS college, Mumbai, which is the best BAMS college in Maharashtra. For private bams college you may definitely have a good chance with your calculated marks.
