You have only little chance to get engineering seat in AP engineering colleges. But yeah, you have to participate in the AP EAMCET 2019 counseling to get the best seat with your rank. The chances of get IT are low as your rank is very high.  You have OC which will make the chance more low. Open Category rank cutoff is very low. if you have any other reservation category then that would be more helpful.

Chance are still there. For IT branch the cutoff is :- 60835 for general category male candidate.
