sir, i got 29,415rank in ap eamcet and i am belongs to sc category can i get any seat in Agricultural stream

According to last year cut offs the chances of getting agriculture seat with 29,415 rank is very low.
As of last year the cut offs for sc, agriculture,
Non farmer quota- general-6500rank, women-4074rank
Farmer quota-general-8420rank, women-7039rank
