First round of counselling for neet 2019 has already begun for this year for admission in various government and other Medical colleges.

Your score is fine but still for a good government college your score must be above 500 for mbbs. Don't lose heart. Continue your studies and you can do better than this. Try to secure higher grades. You can do this. Just focus and work hard. Meanwhile you can go through the cut off of previous year of the required college to get a rough idea as how much you need to score.
