Sir i got 32 percentile in jee mains and 823007 rank and i am from general category..in which college i should apply?

Fot general category cutoff score in Jee mains examination is 89.7 percentile .
As you have scored less than cutoff score you are not eligible to write JEE advanced examination . With your score you will not get any seats in Nits or any other colleges.
