If you are from ST category, then you may stand a chance against government medical college seat. Anyway, to answer your question, the best pvt medical colleges would be Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, St. John's Medical College- Bangalore, Christian Medical College- Ludhiana, Sri Ramchandra Medical College nd Research Institute, Chennai, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College- Belgaum, SRM Medical College- Chennai and so on.
