Hope you are doing well.
With 32100 rank in CRL, your OBC-NCL rank would be around 10,000 which is very high in case of JEE Mains paper 2.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to get into any of NITs or GFTIs or SPAs since most of them have a closing rank of at most 2,000-2,500 for OBC Category, but you can try for private colleges.
