Sorry dear, based on Your marks it will be difficult for you to secure a seat in government medical college as the expected cut off marks for general applying under 15%all India quota seats will be above 550 marks to secure a seat in government medical college but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.I hope this information helps you.
