Yes, you can get a college. All that matters is the cutoff you have secured in PCMB. If you are opting for management quota you can definitely get a seat. There are certain colleges which will consider only their entrance exam's result and not your higher secondary marks, all you should do for these colleges is to sit and prepare well. if you score good marks in these entrance you can get reputed college too. For example VIT,SRM etc. But there are colleges completely based on your marks, if you are going to apply for TNEA counselling you need some decent cut off. See for this marks it isn't  easy for you to get CSE, IT and all. All the best. I hope this gave you an idea.

It's difficult to find the exact college you can get into based on your marks as cutoffs changes every year due to several factors like difficulty level of exam, no.of students applied and other factors

However with this score you can't get into government medical colleges under all India qouta and state qouta considering you belong to general category.

You can go for private colleges and deemed universities for mbbs and dental programs.
