They is direct admission possible with Phram D. If you come under any special qutoa then try for vet it is best. If not don't wait and without waste your time seek admission in Phram D.

You have not mentioned your reservation category because seat allotment is based on reservation category as well ,
And also considering the previous year's cut off  it's bit difficult for you to get a seat with 36196 rank in government college , unless you belong to reservation category ,
Whereas you can easily get seat in a good private pharmacy college where the Cutoff is similar to yours rank , so don't loose hope and attend the all rounds  of counselling because the Cutoffs are subject to change every year and you might also have good luck ,
