According to your marks, chances would be tough o get admission in government medical colleges through All India Quota. You can try in private medical colleges and Deemed Universities.

I am sorry but with this score its little difficult to get a government seat anywhere in the country.

Even with AP domicile the chances seems to be bleak as per last years cutoff.

You can however try for private colleges in AP, depending on the area you belong to. Chances might be better than that of government college.

You can try for private colleges of other states too like UP etc.

Deemed universities will present you with higher chances of getting a seat.
