Sir I got 391 marks and I am belong to bc-d category which course is better to choose?

you have not mention which course of entrance exam you have applied. however if you have applied in neet and at this score you cannot get any colleges for mbbs and have a less chances for bds course. however there are veternary and uninany medicine courses are also available. try to get bds in government colleges. among them bds course is best for you.
