For karnataka the maximum rank for the ST category is 75499 with the marks of 402 in Kodagu Institute of medical sciences, Koppal. So you can get the seat in govt. medical college also though the chances are less but you can try because the rank is in the cutoff range given above. You can also try for the govt. dental college if you wish to have BDS there are also high chances there for you because in BDS the marks are 390 for the admission and yours are quite more then this.
