It is very difficult to predict whether you will be getting admission in top NIT's or not.I would suggest you to use JEE MAINcollege predictor to know your chances in top NIT's as per your rank.Below i am sending you the link please go through it:-

Coming back to your question i think yes you can get CSE or ECE at top NIT.Do give a try.
