Sir I got 47539 rank in jee mains paper 2 and I am obc ncl student can I get any nit or good govt college

As per past year trends you can get NITs upto 2000 rank in general category and SPAs for 3000 rank in general list

So it seems you have low chances for getting any of these colleges.  You can look for other colleges in your location accepting jee mains score.

Your rank is really very high, it should be under 2.5k to be in the safe zone.
You can't get admission in any nits or iiits.
But, you can take admission in private college.
