Sir I got 48 marks in eamcet but the rank card is mentioned as failed to qualify exam .? Does my backlog in 2nd year inter effected it ?

Yes, If you have failed in Intermediate your rank is not decalred.As 25% of IPE marks are considered in TS eamcet rank if you fail then how will your rank be given if you fail in any subject. However you have 2options to go with:
1. You can go with Management quota if you have more money then you join in any college by paying additional amount.Basically the management quota amount in telangana colleges under TS eamcetranges from 25,000 to 16 lakhs.
2. If there are any left over seats in The colleges even after second counselling then you can join in those colleges If you pass in the failed subject.
