Sir I got 486 marks and my category rank is 15875 did I get seat in govt medical college?

Well the rank that is considered for allotment in case of general students is their AIR and not the category rank.
And also the marks that you have scored won't be able to get you a seat through AIQ but chances might be there through state quota depending upon your state of eligibility.
