Sir I got 518 bt my air has decreased miserably.its 39313...can I get a govt medical collage all over India?

You havent mentioned your Category. But with this score, to be honest, a seat in All India Counselling is difficult owing to higher cut offs. You may have a chance if you belong to SC/ST Categories but not if you belong to General/OBC Categories. You might get a seat in your State Counselling. But again it depends on the State abd Category you belong to . This score can get you a seat in states like UP, West Bengal, Assam even under General Category. Don't loose hope.
But I am afraid that you won't get a mbbs seat via all India quota,considering you to be of general category.
You have chances in state quota.
