    Hi Tauhid,

    Your question is not clear.  Can you please elaborate. As far as dropping an year is considered please don't do that for courses like BBA and B.com if you are interested to do it from IP university.  At 12000 rank you will get a college in IP university considering the fact that you have a reserve category certificate.
