Sir, I got 5607 in AIIMS 2019, GENERAL CATERGORY, 98.374 percentile Will i get into AIIMS 2019?

See as per the low number of seats available in AIIMS, to get into AIIMS as per your rank is very tough.
Though you have qualified the minimum cut-off percentile required to qualify AIIMS which is 98.124678.

The AIIMS UG 2019 result was declared on 12th June, 2019. The qualifying percentile for general category is 98.1246748. So, you have cleared the qualifying percentile but the chances of you getting admission in AIIMS are minimal. If some of the candidates whose name is in the merit list released, donot take admission, then you may get a chance. However, this all depends on various factors.
