there is pretty less chances of yours to get into gftis or iiits however the chances are there. you should chrck the prtevious years cutoffs for better ideas . the chances to get admissions may increased in the last rounds. also there is a spot round .the colleges in  the northeast provides admissions for higher rankers also.check out the given link of josaa 2018 cutoffs

I am sorry but the rank that you have got is a little lesser to aim for really good IIITs and GFTIs . I see the efforts you would have put in bearing the fruit but maybe some efforts didn't just pay off. Its okay.
