Sir I got 66 marks in EAMCET and 599/600 in IPE and what is my rank and I am belonging to Telangana , I am oc candidate,can I get free seat

First of all congratulations on your result, that's an appreciable effort from you. Coming to your query, as per the scores of your IPE and EAMCET your rank would probably lie closer to 20,000. In order to claim a free seat, your rank should be less than 10,000. So, the chances for you to get a free seat are a bit less.
