To become eligible for AIIMS a student need to score minimum of 60% in Biology, physics, chemistry and english for general category and other backward classes and 50% for SC/ST in Biology , physics, chemistry and English.
As you have mentioned your marks in exam are 69% in four subjects, you are eligible to appear for AIIMS exam.
