The criteria to appear for JEE 2021 is
Only those candidates who have passed 12th in the year 2019 or 2020 will be eligible to apply
Candidates appearing 12th or equivalent examination in year 2021 will also be eligible to apply for JEE Main
There is no age limit to apply for JEE main 2021
So, yes you can apply for JEE 2021
