First of all congratulations on your result, that's a terrific effort from you. Coming to your query, in order to predict your rank, we need both EAMCET score and IPE group score. As , you haven't mentioned your group score, it would be difficult to analyse your rank.

As per the above scores, your rank would be around 15,000 to 20,000.
