Unfortunately this rank is not enough to qualify for JEE Advance. Also, your will not get any NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs with this rank.
Unless you belong to a category, this rank is not enough to get any decent colleges that you mentioned.

Hello Jagadish, Well, You don't have a chance in any of the NITs, IIITs until you belong to either Tripura, Goa, Meghalaya states because these NITs have a cutoff of over 2,50,000 rank in JEE Mains. If you belong to any other chance, you have no chance to get a seat. As you have not mentioned your state here, I would suggest you apply to any government colleges in your state first.
