Hello dear!
If you are lying under general category then you are not qualified because qualification cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile. You will not get NIT Uttarakhand for any branch even if you are lying under OBC-ncl and ST,ST category.

Sir i got 79.23 percentile in jee mains june season 2022 and i hope my rank is 182700 . I scored 86% in 12th (2021). Can i get any NIT..? I am from Jodhpur Rajasthan

I'm sorry to inform you but with this percentile and rank you are not going to get any of the NIT's. 79.23 percentile is too low to get any of the NIT's. However, work hard and try next year..
