sir, i got 82 percent in jee obc category still i will get a chance?

Well you could get a chance as you have qualified JEE Main. For OBC-NCL category, the 2019 JEE Main cutoff is 74.31 percentile, whereas you have got 82 percentile which is much more than the required cutoff. Now to get colleges like NITs,IIITs,GFTIs you have to go through the JoSAA counselling process and see which colleges or branches are you getting as per your JEE Main score/rank. Now you may not get a seat in the first few rounds but could expect to get in the last rounds. However, if you don't get a seat through JoSAA, then you could apply for CSAB counselling which will begin after the completion of JoSAA counselling. Through CSAB counselling , JEE Main qualified candidates could get seats in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs. Since, you are JEE Main qualified you can apply for CSAB counselling. For other government or private colleges those who take admission on the basis of JEE Main score but doesn't take part in JoSAA counselling, for them you have to attend the counselling process of the respective college.
