As per your secured percentile your all india quota rank is must be around 2.5 lac . This is very high rank to avail seats in any of the IIT or NIT. So there are very less chances. To fetch seat in NIT your percentile must be more than 90.

Since you have scored 82.2 percentile in the JEE mains 2019, it's a very very low percentile for NIT's.
If you belong to general category you haven't even qualified JEE mains. You can't expect any NIT's with this percentile.
