sir I got 84 percentile in jee mains my caste is obc.But in 12th board I got 141 marks in pcm group so I will get addmission in engineering in obc caste.

Since you have stated that your query is whether you'll be able to get admission in Engineering colleges eventhough you have scored 141 in pcm then most definitely you will, but you won't be able to get in IITs etc since the min criteria is 75% aggregate in the qualifying examination for general and 65% for OBC and they also usually demand a 60% aggregate in pcm.
But you don't have to worry there are numerous other colleges and universities where you can get admission based on your rank, you'll sure have some difficulties getting in but you'll definitely get one.
