First of all congratulations for qualifying JEE Advanced.
As you have obtained the rank of 8400 in OBC Category, thus there is less chance for you to get into IITs.
You should rather consider your JEE Mains Rank and fill the choices according to your interests.

First of all please let us know whether you are asking for counselling or seat allotement procedure or you are considering your branch choices according to your merit rank. Please let us know in the comment box given below. Well, if it so then accordingly you can get computer science in various reputed colleges but chances are less in IIT. But you can get it in NIT through various counselling rounds.
