Sir, I got 91.892 percentile in jee 2021 from Uttar Pradesh OBC. which college is best for me behalf of my score. should I particape for state level councelling or wait for jossa councelling. Branch preference is cse,me,ece

You have got a average score in JEE so you need to depend upon the the State level counselling as in JOSSA you may not able to get any of the college because of the low score. You can try CSAB round but there also you will get only low branches in low category college.

You can take part in the JEE counselling of UP where you may get some top government colleges as you are a resident of UP so you will get the benefit of that college.
