Hello Pankaj,
It would be great if you have also mentioned your rank along with the percentile. But as per your percentile I think you rank is somewhere around 40000. Yes you can get admission in NIT but getting oreffpref branch would be difficult. You can get preffprefbranch in mid level NIT like CSE in NIT Poducherry, and many other as well. You can get Electrical, Mechanical and Civil in top NIT'S.
