Yes you will have selection but if want to get into top colleges you nee minimum 600+, your score is comparatively low for government colleges. Admission for MBBS based on NEET score is also decided by your category,the quota you choose to apply under (home state/All India). The cutoff for any college is also based on the number of seats available. Hence you must attend the counselling to know your chances.
