Dear Student,

If you are referring to MCC NEET counselling, candidates allotted a Round 2 seat can opt for “Willing for Upgradation” to be considered for a higher-preference seat in the next round, subject to counselling rules. The previous seat is cancelled if an upgraded seat is allotted.
