Let me tell you that you not a child anymore you are in college and no college has a uniform. Yes, it may have some kind of dress code which is rare nowadays but you should ask your seniors about the dress code in your college. For getting your study material you can go to nearby markets or buy the stuff online. Usually your lecturer will tell you about some guides and books that will be good for your syllabus or else you can purchase second hand books from seniors or via online mode. And if you are not willing to purchase any books you can study through the magical google right. With good internet connection and searching skills everything is available and accessible in your home.
