Sir i got less than 70%in board and 88 %in jee and i am confused that should i take drop for jee and board and should go canada for studies

As I can see you have got good marks in board exam as well as JEE exam. 70% in board and 88% in JEE in first attempt is a good sign. I am sure you can do well in second attempt and will secure a good rank.
According to me you should give another chance to yourself. You shiush take drop for 1 year and improve your marks. Because study in good IIT college is much Better than study in Canada.
