Yes you can get medical govenment college with 390 marks as you belong to ST so it's your benifit. One of my friend is also persuing mbbs with just 365 marks in Bhopal you can also get with state/home quota.
so donot forget to apply your niwas praman patra while applying for counselling.

no problem you are ST ccandidate you will get benifit in rajasthan college as by applying Home quota you can get government medical college of rajasthan. Hope you got your answer.
