sir i had not registered for JEE mains both jan.&april session than can i registered now for the exam

As you have missed both the chances, you will not be able to give it now. But do not be dis heartened. There  some good colleges which conduct their own entrance exams.  You can check for equally good colleges giving the best placements like LPU known for its Best Placements as well as scholarships and it also offers the covid scholarships to aid the grim condition of people right now. You can check ANNA having its own entrance exam and offering good academics.
