Considering your score,Rajasthan Technical University (RTU); the conducting body of REAP exam will be organizing the exam counselling and selection process. REAP counselling process will be based on the ranks obtained by candidates in JEEmarks and marks in class XII board exams.
The first priority is given to students applying using their JEE marks over students applying using their 12 th marks .Also as you have scored a very good percentile ,You have very high chances of getting into a government college in Rajasthan via the REAP counselling.
Thus you dont have to worry much.
