sir i have applied for cast vallidity so can i get admission and apply for scolership by using the receipt of the same

For most of the times, the admission authority or the Scholarship authority ask for the caste validation certificate. So in general you will need the issued certificate. But I would recommend you to ask the college authority or the Scholarship authority about the same (if the deadlines are near) and ask the same. If they accept they will say it with clear facts. If you have time then wait for the certificate to arrive and then apply because if due to this your application gets rejected then you will face a great problem.
