There is no OBC reservation with Jammu and Kashmir NEET counselling. There is RBA, OSC, ALC, etc. Most OBC Candidates are Categorised into RBA as it is for Residents of Backward Areas. If you fall under RBA, then you are entitled for 20% of reservation in J&K NEET Counselling. You do not see in this NEET application form but during State Counselling, you need to select RBA/OSC/ALC whatever fits you.
