As you didn't mentioned your stream taking as a whole you have various other options after 12th like,

In science stream you can do,

B-pharm, Bsc, MBBS, BDS, physiotherapy, BCM, etc.

In commerce stream you can go for,

BMS, BFM, BBA, BMS, BMM, BCOM, etc. While graduating you can opt for CA or CFA or can study for MBA entrance exams.

In arts stream, BA, BFA, BHM, B.Des, B.SW, Journalism, etc.
