Sir I have filled form for IPU CET and I filled my category as general because my ews certificates is in process. Please suggest what to do.

Greetings Sam,
You have done the right thing as your certificate hasn't arrived yet so you cant display that to your college authority or to counselling management.Now when you will get that Certificate show it to your college that you are Ews quota you can get some facilities and it might help you in future for admission.
